Terms for applying our warranties:
The warranty for products that are printed in the Today Advertising workshop will be granted by repairing, replacing or canceling the defective product. Payment of the shipping of products (the return-back) in order to solve the guarantee, will be the responsibility of Today Advertising; the shipment will be done by fast courier. The guarantee will be settled within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
The warranty conditions are in accordance with O.G. 21/1992
When requesting the warranty, it is necessary to show the defective product with the intact identification (serial number), together with the related accessories and copies of the fiscal invoice. In case the products will not be accompanied by these documents, the warranty won’t be solved.
The warranty doesn’t apply in case of products that have physical defects such as blows, cracks, scrapes, burnt components or burns, damaged or removed warps or seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (inadequate supply voltages, subjected to high temperature and pressure variations, mechanical shocks, improper handling, use of products in humid conditions, dust, usage under the action of chemicals etc.), incorrect settings and installations, faulty sources, groundless plugs, metals or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, connection or disconnection of certain components during equipment operation, viruses, BIOS or password-protected BIOS overwriting, as well as the products whose installation was done incorrectly, using invalid installation programs or other drivers or programs other than the original ones. Installation or commissioning of products by unauthorized persons results in loss of warranty. Programs and information saved on storage media can be deleted during servicing. We recommend making periodical backups.

The warranty period starts from the moment the products have been delivered, according to the date mentioned in the tax invoice.
If the warranty claim is unjustified (products do not comply with the terms and conditions of the warranty), the applicant will pay the return shipping charges for products and any diagnostic costs (set by the service unit).
Products out of the warranty period or those not covered by the general terms and conditions of the warranty, do not fall under the 15-day statutory time limit, the term being at least 30 days and not more than 120 days from the date of service.
Products that haven’t been picked up from the service facility within 60 days of completion of operations will be declared abandoned.
